The Jaguar E-Type is one of the most iconic sports cars in automotive history. It was first unveiled in 1961 by the British manufacturer Jaguar Cars. Its elegant design and beautifully flowing lines immediately captured attention. The car offered impressive performance for its time. It could reach around 240 km/h, which was exceptional in the 1960s. Its long bonnet and rounded rear give it a highly recognizable silhouette. The E-Type was also appreciated for its relatively affordable price compared with other sports cars. According to Enzo Ferrari, it was “the most beautiful car ever made.” It was produced in several versions until 1975. Today, the Jaguar E-Type has become a true icon of the classic automobile world.
This car has been fully restored with the greatest care on a sound base, ensuring an excellent level of quality. It is a flat-floor model, particularly sought after by collectors. A substantial history file accompanies the car, including its Jaguar Heritage certificate as well as its original tool kit.
We acquired the car already restored by Jaguar specialists. Since the restoration, it has had only one owner, who kept it for nearly five years in the south of France and drove it approximately 2,600 kilometers during that time. It is now fitted with a 5-speed gearbox, and the original gearbox is of course included with the car.
Presented in its superb original color combination of Opalescent Dark Green with a beige interior, this magnificent car has always been serviced and maintained in our workshop. It is now ready to take to the road and drive you wherever you wish, with elegance and character.
